Saint Martin's says platinum building shows green can be economical, too

The 26,900-square-foot building cost $225 per square foot.

Saint Martin's University in Lacey said its new engineering building received a LEED platinum rating, and earned the third-highest point total among all LEED for New Construction buildings worldwide, scoring 97 of 110 points.
