BURLEY, Idaho (AP) — Disposable wipes are clogging the Burley sewer system and costing taxpayers, wastewater workers in the south-central Idaho city say.
Wastewater Director Dee Hodge said crews are taking out big balls of the pre-moistened towelettes often advertised as flushable.
