More lead found at Kelso schools

LONGVIEW (AP) — Officials say additional testing at Kelso schools has uncovered elevated levels of lead in five more water sources.

The Daily News reports that contaminated water sources were found in a classroom at Barnes Elementary, two classrooms at Butler Acres Elementary, one classroom at Coweeman Middle school and in one Huntington Middle School classroom. The announcement comes after officials said they found seven contaminated water sources at schools last week.
