Car sensors OK'd for Boise parking

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The Ada County Highway District and the city of Boise have reached an agreement allowing the city to resume installing vehicle-detection sensors at parking meters.

The Idaho Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/181IEdZ ) that commissioners voted 3-2 on Wednesday to end an 18-month impasse that started when the city installed 67 sensors without the county's permission.
