$10M fix needed for college software

SPOKANE (AP) — Officials say the $100 million computer software system for Washington state's community colleges will likely cost another $10 million before it's ready for use.

The Spokesman Review reports (http://bit.ly/1QBWrJV ) that the system, known as ctcLink, is behind schedule and operating poorly. So far, it's only been adopted by colleges in Spokane and Tacoma.
