Responding to customer demands, John Deere’s popular four-wheel-drive loader High-Lift option, custom fitted in the past, now is available direct from the factory. As a result, customers will see reduced machine-delivery times and increased quality control from the company’s ISO9001-certified factory.

When the load is lighter and dump height critical, High-Lift arms with special bucket links can add substantial reach to Deere’s 444H, 544H, 624H, 644H, and 744H loaders, and increase bucket and fork clearance.
Contractors, municipalities, warehouse material handlers, and lumber mill crews using a High-Lift package can maneuver in tighter quarters to dump and reduce damage to trucks, rail cars, and other high-side transports. The High-Lift option also can stockpile material higher and use space more efficiently.
The extra height allows a full bucket roll that reduces cycle times dramatically over a standard-length-arm loader. With greater reach and excellent visibility, loader operators can evenly distribute material for better over-the-road hauling, as well as stack it more precisely.
A special cooling package also is available for the 444H and
544H loaders, giving them extra cooling capability and convenience when dust or suspended material can cause plugging problems. The grill door opens easily and can be air-blown clean, allowing for simple and convenient maintenance.
The High-Lift loader option is backed by the CounterParts‰ program, the strongest commitment to parts availability ever made. Based on the idea that critical parts should be at dealerships when customers need them, anyone who buys or rents a High-Lift loader from a certified CounterParts dealer can count on machine-down parts that can be replaced in under two hours being at the dealership — or they are delivered free the next day.
The CounterParts program is part of Deere’s Total Repair Cost Management (TRCM) strategy for customer support. TRCM is a lineup of ongoing programs and services that help control costs, preempt downtime, and reduce stress that sometimes accompanies owning and operating equipment.
