Local diesel engine services firm expanding in Florida

In April, Seattle-based Trans Marine Propulsion Systems will open a second service and sales facility in Tampa, Fla., to serve ship owners, offshore operators, power plants, mechanical industries, and ship builders in the Gulf Coast.

The new facility will operate as a subsidiary called Trans Marine Tampa.
