Expeditors International of Washington said Americas President Robert L. “Bob” Villanueva will retire at the end of the year after 20 years of service.

Stearns

BNBuilders hired Thomas Stearns and Dan Huber as project managers. Both are experienced in all phases of construction, including pre-construction and BIM. Stearns has worked on health-care, life science, education and office projects. Huber has worked on aerospace, mixed-use and education projects. Both hold bachelor's degrees in construction management from the University of Washington.

Voight

The Seattle office of Walsh Construction Co. promoted Ryan Voight to assistant superintendent and Tim Shea to superintendent. Voight joined the company in 2009 as an intern and became a project engineer in 2010 after graduating from the University of Washington's construction management program. Shea joined the company in 2008 as an intern and became a project engineer in 2009 after also graduating from the UW's construction management program. He became assistant superintendent last year.

Division 9 Flooring

Hedin

Woodinville-based Division 9 Flooring promoted Clint Hedin from lead estimator to sales director. Hedin is helping the company expand into new markets and maximize its bidding. He has more than a decade of experience in commercial flooring, is a graduate of Washington State University and is a Leed Green Associate. Division 9 works in Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Idaho and Montana.

Wells Fargo

Hannon

Aaron William Hannon has been named business banking relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Seattle, working with small and-medium-sized-businesses. He has worked at US Bank and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Pierce County

Pierce County won a national award for using technology to help locate abducted children. The International Association of Emergency Managers said investigators can use the system to quickly search and organize thousands of tips about a child's possible location. The county worked with Tacoma police to create the system.

Davis Wright Tremaine

Davis Wright Tremaine said it is one of 50 firms on this year's list of Best Law Firms for Women. The list is compiled by Working Mother magazine and a consulting firm called Flex-Time Lawyers. Firms are ranked based on women in the partnership ranks, availability of flex-time work and business development opportunities tailored to women.

Seattle Repertory Theatre

Seattle Repertory Theatre named Marya Sea Kaminski associate artistic director. Kaminski most recently taught acting at Cornish College of the Arts, and has appeared as an actor and solo performer in Seattle, New York City and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. She will appear in Intiman Theatre Festival's staging of Tony Kushner's “Angels in America” this month. Kaminski was a founding member and co-artistic director of Washington Ensemble Theatre.
