LMN Architects promoted John Chau, Stephen Van Dyck and Rafael Vinoly-Menendez to partner. Chau is an architect with more than 20 years of experience in planning and design, including Stadium Place and Nintendo of America headquarters, and has also worked on university and transportation facilities in Hong Kong and mainland China. Van Dyck joined the firm in 2009 and is a leader of LMN Tech Studio, an in-house research and development lab. He has worked on public assembly, performing arts, higher education and mixed-use projects including Cleveland Convention Center and R.C. Hedreen's Ninth & Stewart Convention Hotel in Seattle. Vinoly-Menendez has 25 years of experience with national and international projects, including performing arts, sports and events facilities. His projects include Cleveland Convention Center, Spokane Convention Center expansion and Anchorage Convention Center. Seattle-based LMN specializes in planning and design of public and private facilities.

NK Architects hired Paul Hanson as a senior project manager and Leah Libow as office coordinator. Hanson is an architect with experience designing multifamily buildings for nonprofit developers. His work on Capitol Hill's 12th Avenue Arts received a Vision 2040 Award. Libow has over 10 years of experience and supports administration, human resources, marketing and event planning.

Keith

Callison hired Brian Keith as an associate in the Seattle office to work on retail projects. Keith led the art department of Sombrio Cartel, an athletics and lifestyle apparel seller in Vancouver, B.C. His background includes retail, exhibit, graphic and packaging design. He holds a bachelor's in industrial design from Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver.

Terracon Consultants hired 11 people in the Puget Sound area. Mike Noll is a project manager; Sarah Kogler is a construction services dispatcher; Dennis Stettler is a senior consultant; Alexandra Garner is a marketing coordinator; Caitlin Price is a staff environmental scientist; Brett O'Brien and Tristan Anderson are staff geotechnical engineers; Kyle Long, Sergey Lukin and Brandon Pysher are technicians; Van Le is a laboratory technician; and Janine Burkhardt and Joel Morder are construction inspectors. Noll, a geologist and hydrogeologist with more than 20 years of experience, manages environmental projects. Kogler is a dispatcher for Puget Sound area construction inspectors. Stettler has 40 years of geotechnical experience. He supports the local geotechnical group and company-wide initiatives including design-build and federal projects. Garner is a certified professional services marketer with nearly 15 years of experience. She supports marketing in the Puget Sound area and Portland. Price has three years of experience doing environmental assessments for telecom, commercial, industrial, retail, residential and undeveloped properties. O'Brien and Anderson are engineers-in-training and support the local geotechnical group. Long and Lukin support environmental and geotechnical projects. Pysher is a materials technician in Tacoma. Le is a technician in the materials laboratory. Burkhardt and Morder are materials inspectors based in Mountlake Terrace. Terracon is a consulting engineering firm with more than 3,000 employee-owners.

Luters

ELM has made several additions in the Seattle office, hiring Ints Luters and Greg Murphy as landscape architects and Sue Costa Paschke as an intern landscape architect. Luters has nearly 20 years of experience, including 15 in the Pacific Northwest on highway design, Confluence project sites with Maya Lin, and designs at zoos in North America and Europe. He is working a $60-million exhibit at the San Diego Zoo where ELM is the landscape architect and design lead working with The Miller Hull Partnership and Quince Farm Studio. Murphy has 20 years of experience in park, waterfront, zoo and urban design projects including Chicago's Burnham Park and the Elliott Bay Seawall. He is working on retail/resort planning and zoo design. Paschke holds a master's degree in landscape architecture from the University of Washington. She has been a CAD drafter for more than a decade and produces construction graphics. She is supporting Africa Rocks at the San Diego Zoo. ELM is a Jacksonville, Florida-based firm that provides planning, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design and environmental graphics.

Perkins Coie named Kip Guthrie chief marketing officer. He was with DLA Piper as director of marketing for the Americas and also worked for Jones Day and Brobeck. Perkins Coie has more than 950 lawyers in 19 offices in the United States and Asia.

Children's Music Foundation

The Children's Music Foundation has expanded its board adding Dana Pethia, who was director of regional development for Constant Contact, and former high school principal Eduardo Mendonca, who is also a musician, singer, composer and director.

Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker

Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker said attorney Melia A. Preedy has joined the Seattle-based firm as a member of the Government Contracts and Construction Law practice groups. She earned a law degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2014.
