Northwest Kidney Centers

Northwest Kidney Centers named Carrie McCabe vice president of finance. McCabe became the dialysis provider's interim chief financial officer last fall. The appointment now is permanent. She is a former partner at Arthur Andersen and also worked for Getty Images.

The Vera Project

The Vera Project named Tim Lennon executive director, starting in April. Lennon has been with Seattle Office of Arts & Culture, where he booked summer concerts and oversaw the Mayor's Arts Awards and public space arts installations. He also was program manager for The Next 50 series for the 1962 World's Fair's 50th anniversary.

World Famous

World Famous, a Seattle-based creative collective of directors, designers, editors, writers and artists, added David Kleinman as executive producer and Kelly Green as head of production. Kleinman and Green have experience in advertising, broadcast and entertainment. Kleinman will lead World Famous from its new Los Angeles studio, and is building a national sales team. Green will oversee creative operations in Seattle.

JLL adds new industrial team VP

Jones Lang LaSalle hired David Cahill to help lead the growing industrial team. Cahill will be a vice president in Bellevue, joining veterans Les Boudwin and Scott Carter. Cahill comes from CBRE, where he was Rookie of the Year in 2010. Cahill has represented tenants and landlords, and he has experience in sales. JLL said it is adding Cahill because the industrial market is strong. Demand is high, vacancies continue to drop and rents are rising.

NAIOP forecast: Is the sky the limit?

A panel of brokers will make predictions about the future of Seattle's booming real estate market at a NAIOP forecast meeting called “Is the sky the Limit?” starting at 7:30 a.m. April 15 at Four Seasons Seattle. How long will this boom will last and what happens next? Eric LeVine joined the Seattle office of Gensler as brand design and environmental graphics director. He has 26 years of design experience, and was a principal at NBBJ. During his 14 years there, his clients included Boeing, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Google. At Gensler, he is working with Microsoft, Alaska Airlines and Crescent Heights. Gensler said projects he collaborated on won international awards and his work has been published in The New York Times and Fast Company. Gensler is a global design, planning and consulting firm.

Edgerton has over 20 years of experience in project management and design. Felenyuk has more than 10 years of experience on museums and online retail. Muchow has five years of experience, and will work on corporate interiors. Curtis has over 10 years of experience in user experience design and architecture. In Tacoma, the firm hired Mike Hager as a civil engineer, Nichole Zuger-Cheney as a marketing coordinator and Alex Campbell as a land use planner. Port has two years of experience. Roman-Olvera holds a bachelor's in landscape architecture from the University of Washington. Templeton has nine years of experience. Motland has eight years of experience. McDonald holds bachelor's and master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Washington. Hager has seven years of experience. Seattle Office of Arts & Culture

Peterson

The Seattle Office of Arts & Culture picked artist Shaun Peterson of Milton for a commission on the Seattle Waterfront. Peterson focuses on contemporary Coast Salish art and is a member of the Puyallup tribe. He has major installations throughout the Northwest made of wood, glass and metal. He will help develop a site-specific piece that reflects the Coast Salish tribes. The budget is $250,000.

Hardy offers shoes and accessories for men and women. Shoes.com was founded in 1996 in Vancouver, B.C., and has offices in Seattle, focusing on comfort and athletic categories.
