City seeking bids for eight parcels

SEATTLE -- The city is seeking bids on eight properties.

Located in southwest and southeast Seattle, they range from 4,080 to 35,500 square feet. Two are zoned lowrise-3, and the others are zoned single family. Except for a shed on one, all are undeveloped.

The legal notice ran in the DJC Oct. 21-23, Oct. 28-30 and Nov. 4-6.

Sealed bids are due Dec. 12. Required bid forms are available at the Real Estate Services Office on the 14th floor of the Alaska Building, 618 Second Ave.; by calling (206) 684-0357 or writing john.kennedy@seattle.gov or david.hemmelgarn@seattle.gov.
