Renton might be home to a new 800,000-square-foot shopping center if Center Oak Properties, a Portland-area developer, finalizes a deal with Boeing Realty to buy the 46-acre Lakeshore Landing.
The property is one of the largest tracts available for sale in the close-in suburban market.
