HAL signs big tenant in Renton

One of the largest office leases in the Southend in three years is Renton's gain but Burien's loss.

Officials of HAL Real Estate Investments say the Puget Sound Educational Service District has agreed to rent the nearly 75,100-square-foot Renton building called Blackriver 800.
