SEATTLE — On Monday, the City Council authorized the city to execute a construction contract up to $31.6 million for the South Lake Union Streetcar. Groundbreaking is expected early this summer.
The council approved a property exchange for the maintenance barn to be at Harrison and Fairview streets.
