Little units, big interest: 1,300 want to tour moda

Sometimes a little space goes a long way, and that seems to be the case with moda, a new condo proposed for Third Avenue in downtown Seattle.

More than 1,300 people have pregistered to tour, and possibly buy, one of the 251 units starting today.
