Nimmer has new plans for Second & Pike Building

    Richard Nimmer wants to keep the facade of the Second & Pike Building and build 16 floors of multifamily on top of it.

    The owner of the century-old Second & Pike Building — now home to a needle exchange program for drug addicts — plans to redevelop it into a 22-story residential, office and retail tower.
