Pope Resources sells land in Bremerton

By JOURNAL STAFF

BREMERTON — Bremerton Residential Investments LLC bought 203 acres of residential land for $12 million from Pope Resources, Pope said in a news release.

The property is the residential portion of a 264-acre mixed-use site in Bremerton. The land received preliminary plat approval for 631 attached and detached residential units in August. The balance of the property, the 61-acre Wright Creek Business Park, is zoned for industrial and business park.
