Opus sells 8th & Madison complex before it's done

    The Ohio State Teachers Retirement Fund paid $74 million for the 15-story M Street mixed-use project.

    In another indication of the hot real estate market, Opus Northwest and Holland Development sold their 15-story M Street mixed-use project on First Hill last week for $74.36 million to Ohio State Teachers Retirement Fund while the building is still under construction.
