Board to review halted hotel project

SEATTLE — The developer of a halted warehouse-hotel conversion at 110 Alaskan Way S. is scheduled to discuss the project before the Pioneer Square Preservation Board.

Plans for the Old Firehouse Market include three hotel floors, parking on two floors and ground-floor commercial space. A new fourth floor and a corridor that connects to the neighboring Pioneer Square Hotel are also planned.
