Capitol Hill townhomes are built around a mews

Site work has started on five townhomes at 429 13th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill, between East Republican and East Harrison streets. The developer is 429 Associates LLC, which is made up of John Goodfellow, Richard Belden and G. David Hoy.
