Eastlake Gardens sold to Gibraltar

SEATTLE — Gibraltar, LLC has acquired Eastlake Gardens, a 36-unit mixed-use building in the Eastlake neighborhood for $6.5 million on behalf of Eastlake Gardens, LLC.

The three-story building has 33 residential units and three commercial units. The commercial space tenants are Il Fournil, a French bakery with a retail coffee house/bakery and a wholesale bakery trade, and the Flower Lady, who started her business more than 20 years ago with a flower stand on the previously vacant lot.
