MGM Mirage sells 3 casinos for $400M

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Casino operator MGM Mirage said Tuesday it completed the sale of three hotel-casinos in Primm, Nev., to Herbst Gaming Inc. for $400 million.

The deal, announced in November, includes Whiskey Pete's, Primm Valley and Buffalo Bill's. The properties, known collectively as Primm Valley Resorts, include 2,642 rooms, 137,000 square feet of casino space, 2,816 slot machines, 93 gaming tables, three gas stations and a convenience store.
