Towers to transform skyline in Hanoi

HANOI, Vietnam (AP) — Workers began constructing twin 75-floor towers Wednesday that will transform the Hanoi skyline, part of a massive US$2.7 billion real estate development project.

The towers would be by far the largest buildings in Vietnam, where the tallest structure is currently a 34-story apartment building in Hanoi.
