Holland buys units in Everett for $21M

EVERETT — Holland Partners of Vancouver purchased the 126-unit Woodland Heights and the 186-unit Deer Creek apartment complexes, both in Everett, for a total of $20.9 million, or nearly $67,000 a unit, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services said in a news release.

Get Spunky LP sold the Woodland Heights property, and 15803 Saticoy Street LLC sold the Deer Creek complex.
