Oregon court ruling delays luxury hotel

PORTLAND (AP) — A Yamhill County winegrowers group is claiming a partial victory in its effort to stop construction of a luxury hotel on land zoned for agriculture.

But the Portland developer behind the proposal says the Oregon Court of Appeals ruling will not kill the project.
