City close to agreement on Civic Square redevelopment

  • If the full council approves the deal, Triad would start construction in 2009 and finish in 2011.

    The project cost for Civic Square is estimated to be between $350 million and $400 million. Triad will own the 520-foot mixed-use tower and parking garage.

    The city is close to approving a deal for the massive redevelopment of the Civic Square block just west of Seattle City Hall.
