Hotel development in Tacoma is heating up

The Inn at the Foss, a hotel planned in Tacoma by Bob Thurston, would have 100 hotel rooms and 22 condos.

Before 2005, it had been at least 15 years since a major hotel had been planned in downtown Tacoma. Things have changed. Today at least five hotel projects are in the works.
