More new housing projects for First Hill area

  • Since the early 1980s there have been no significant condo high-rises and few new apartments, but now a wave of new development is hitting the area.

    Mastro plans to start construction on a 347-unit apartment building in the summer of 2009 and be done a year later.

    Mastro Properties is forging ahead with development of a 347-unit apartment building and Pioneer Property Group began sales this week of 82 condos. Both projects are on First Hill.
