BOTHELL — Tomorrow the city of Bothell will unveil a draft plan for redeveloping its downtown. The plan will include regulations and guidelines for private-sector development.
In the next 25 years, city officials envision public projects using existing resources and grants to catalyze about $670 million in private mixed-use investments to create 2,700 residential units and 650,000 square feet of commercial space. All would be located within the city's 200-acre downtown.
