Apartment market still strong here

Apartment construction in the Seattle area is seeing a resurgence, thanks to low vacancies, rising rents and a cooling condo market, according to a new report by Marcus & Millichap.

The real estate investment-services firm said that while Seattle's job growth is tapering off, the metro area continues to have one of the strongest economies in the nation.
