Developer sought to put hotel inside barracks

    Planners envision 56 hotel rooms in the historic Artillery Barracks.

    The Vancouver National Historic Reserve Trust is seeking a private partner to develop a boutique hotel in the 366-acre Vancouver National Historic Reserve, which is home to Fort Vancouver, Pearson Air Museum and Airfield, former military housing and an environmental education center.
