Brenneke group sells stake in 1 Hotel project

Starwood offered few details about the future of the 23-story project, which has been stalled since last year.

A group headed by Paul Brenneke has sold its interest in the long-delayed, $250 million 1 Hotel & Residences in downtown Seattle, ending Brenneke's almost decade-long push to develop the prime site at Second Avenue and Pine Street.
