First Hill apartment building sold for $11M

The John Alden Apartments is at 1019 Terry Ave., between the Sorrento Hotel and Virginia Mason Medical Center.

A limited liability company whose managing members are Ray Russo and Jeanne Sommerville purchased the vintage John Alden Apartments on First Hill for $11.25 million.
