City ruling on short-term rentals may also include condotel units

The city says multifamily units in a high-rise residential zone, such as those in the Elektra on First Hill, can’t be rented for less than 30 days.

A city of Seattle ruling yesterday about short-term rentals at the Elektra Condominiums may have implications for a now-stalled high-rise project downtown.
