Gabriel Grant, an investment manager with HAL Real Estate Investments, has been appointed to the Historic Seattle PDA Council, the organization’s governing body. Founded in 1974, Historic Seattle is a nonprofit organization that protects and preserves historic buildings. He will serve on the council’s Project Development Committee, which identifies opportunities to preserve and rehab historic structures and provides oversight for project development.
