Tech tenant signs Kendall Lake lease

SNOQUALMIE — Rudolph Technologies has leased about 27,000 square feet in the Kendall Lake Building, a new office development at Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park, according to developer Opus Northwest LLC.

Opus said it began construction of the 57,000-square-foot Kendall Lake Building last year, with no signed tenants.
