Capitol Hill condos to be sold at auction

About half the units will be auctioned off Oct. 19 to help the developer pay off loans on the project.

A developer is auctioning about half the 36 units in the Seventeen07 condo conversion on Capitol Hill to help pay off the project's acquisition and construction loan, said Tom Verhulp.
