PORTLAND — Guardian Management LLC, a Portland-based real estate investment and asset management firm, has signed preliminary agreements to acquire the real estate portfolio of Atherton-Newport Investments, according to a news release from Guardian.
This includes more than 4,000 apartment units, 1,215 in the Puget Sound region and the rest in Las Vegas, Miami and Phoenix.
