ShareBuilder HQ moving to Seattle

  • The online brokerage will take 130,000 square feet in 83 King, an office building in Pioneer Square.

    The online brokerage ShareBuilder is moving its headquarters from Bellevue to 83 King, a building in Seattle owned by Starbucks, according to a broker involved in the deal.

    ShareBuilder, which is owned by ING Direct online bank, has signed a lease for 130,000 square feet in the Pioneer Square building, said Parker Ferguson, a principal with Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate. He and Dan Foster, also with Flinn, represented ShareBuilder.
