SEATTLE — The Seattle Housing Authority expects to start construction in 2010 on 103 new housing units in Lake City, just north of Northeast 125th Street, between 33rd and 35th avenues northeast.
The project will have 51 units of low-income housing and 35 tax-credit rentals for residents with incomes at or below 60 percent of the area median income. SHA said it will also explore a partnership with a land trust organization to add five affordable homes, as well as 12 market rate homes for sale.
