Eastside office vacancy rate rises

The vacancy rate for Eastside office space has risen 4.2 percentage points over the past year, Colliers International said in its fourth quarter 2008 report on the office market.

Eastside vacancy is 12.01 percent, up from 7.86 a year ago and 10.96 last quarter, the firm said.
