Industrial vacancy rates fell in the Kent Valley
Vacancy in the Kent Valley industrial market fell about half a percentage point in 2008, ending at 4.56 percent, according to a Colliers International fourth quarter report.
SeaTac posted the highest vacancy rate in that market, at 13.2 percent, due largely to the vacant 245,000-square-foot Prologis Park, the firm said.
