LIHI opens the Bart Harvey: 50 units for low-income seniors

The Low Income Housing Institute and its partners will celebrate opening of the Bart Harvey, a 50-unit senior housing project at 430 Minor Ave. N. in Seattle's South Lake Union neighborhood, at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
