31 Tacoma units sold for $1.1M

TACOMA — A limited liability company sold the 31-unit Edgecliff Apartments in Tacoma for $1.1 million to a private investor, according to Marcus & Millichap, which negotiated the sale.

The 1 North Broadway property was built in 1920. It has 19 studios and 12 one-bedrooms, some with views of Commencement Bay and Mount Rainier. The sale includes a parcel to the north that offers tenants dedicated off-street parking.
