Offices go condo on Redmond Ridge

Pacific Ventures Redmond Ridge is developing Trinity Business Center with 25 for-sale office spaces.

Developer Bill Hegger says there are a lot of people living on Redmond Ridge but not a lot of places nearby for them to work. So he and development partner Glen Hunter are preparing to start construction next spring on Trinity Business Center, a condo office park on 3.12 acres at 23055 N.E. 102nd St.
