Seattle voters OK $145M housing levy

SEATTLE — Seattle voters have handily approved a seven-year, $145 million housing levy. The measure, Proposition No. 1, received a yes on more than 64 percent of the 104,476 votes cast so far, according to the latest King County results on Wednesday.

The levy is a renewal of the seven-year, $86 million levy voters approved in 2002.
