SEATTLE — A private investor bought the 11-unit Beach Drive apartments in Seattle for $2.48 million from another investor, Marcus & Millichap said in a news release.
The 4208 Beach Drive S.W. property was built in 1991. It has eight two-bedroom and three three-bedroom apartments with laundry rooms, dishwashers, fireplaces, decks or patios and western exposure. A 15-stall parking area is on-site.
