NAIOP forecast says capital loosening up

Ask commercial real estate developers for their take on the market, and they paint a grim picture.

But James Bach, a debt and equity finance specialist, says developers can stop being quite so gloomy. “You guys need to lighten up,” he told them Thursday. “We are going to have money for you this year.”
