Lithia Motors to redevelop part of downtown Medford

The $30 million first phase of the Commons includes a two-block park and new headquarters for the 12-state auto dealership chain.

A plan to redevelop up to four acres of downtown Medford, Ore., is expected to receive the final go-ahead Friday when the board of Lithia Motors meets to approve the project.
