New Tukwila building for Continental Mills

Officials from Continental Mills said yesterday they have signed a long-term lease for a 57,800-square-foot, build-to-suit corporate office building at Segale Business Park in Tukwila.

It's a bit of good news for Seattle's long-sagging Southend office market, which has been stung by the contraction of Weyerhaeuser and other companies.
